3-Ingredient, Healthy Toast Recipes
Working from home has serious perks. But you know where it's made me really lazy? Eating. I'll grab a handful of goldfish, some carrots & hummus or an entire bag of chips and salsa (seriously, how does that happen so fast?) throughout the day without even thinking. It's just easy to graze since I'm cooking for a party of one all day. But I'm determined to put some time in making things during the day that really fuel me, with fresh, quality ingredients. Aka I want to start eating like an adult.
I'm a huge fan of avocado toast (I like mine mixed with lemon juice and red pepper flakes), but these recipes are equally delicious and easy - so you can add them into your rotation without even batting a faux eyelash (btw, i've never done the faux lash thing. I'm always so intrigued, but terrified at the same time. Just me?). Now I just need to stick to this little goal of mine, and put down the goldfish when I get busy and pick up the real food. Baby steps count, right?
